Effective January 1, 2005, all continuing education hours submitted for credit must be in appraiser topics. This includes any course completed through the Louisiana Real Estate Commission Seminar Program, REALTOR® boards, and/or proprietary schools. This action is taken based on a mandate from the federal Appraisal Subcommittee in Washington, D.C.
