Credit toward the qualifying education requirement for
appraiser trainee, certified residential and certified general appraiser licensing will only be
granted for courses that consist of at least 15 instructional
hours, including successful completion of a final examination.
Real Estate Appraiser Trainee
Seventy-five (75) hours of
approved courses in subjects related to real estate appraisal, which includes
the mandatory 15-Hour National Uniform Standards of
Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Course.
Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser
One hundred twenty (120) hours of approved
courses in subjects related to real estate appraisal, which includes
the mandatory 15-Hour National Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Course.
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
One hundred eighty (180) hours of approved
courses in subjects related to real estate appraisal which includes
the mandatory 15-Hour National Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Course.
